Anomalous Channels:

There are crimes, there are channels to deal with them; there is administration, there are systems to run it; there is corruption, there is machinery to check it. Looks good to see that there are necessary tiers for every thing in the society but a deeper look into the system only shows that there is virtually nothing worth its name and they don't exist beyond a sheer notionality, instead theirs is a role that is highly negative many a times. A criminal kills some body, is taken to jail, gets bail and is out to persue his criminal activities freely. By the time he is finally acquitted, as happens in majority of cases, he has to his credit a large number of nefarious actions harming people as a matter of spree. Administration is equally corrupt.Men in administration hardly take their job seriously and never go beyond a notional fill up of their quota of work. Human Rights Commission is a most powerful channel supposed to take of the cause of humans but result wise what they finally deliver is again negative in the sense that theirs is always a role in defending the criminals and culprits in the name of human cause. What emerges finally is only denotive of a very very sad state of affairs and worst victims is the common man.
